Spa Etiquette

We request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. New guests please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a new client card or any treatment forms needed. All clients are asked to sign a release waiver for any chemical services performed. Some guests may experience certain allergic reactions; therefore a 48 hour patch test may be required. All guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present or a signed release waiver.

Smocks, wraps, robes and slippers are provided to protect clothing and private changing rooms are available. Sncroniz regrets that we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

To maintain a tranquil environment the entire spa is a cellular free zone.

Cancellation

All services are scheduled especially for you. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments and provide a minimum of 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling services. Please avoid arriving late as this will deprive you of the full benefits of your service as well as inconveniencing the next guest.

Spa & Bridal Parties

For parties and services of 3 or more, a credit card is required to hold your appointments. A 48 hour cancellation period is required to avoid a 50% charge of total services.

Payment

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks. Prices are subject to change with out notice.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your retail purchase simply return product within 7 days for a full refund. Items returned after 10 days will receive a salon credit. No returns after 30 days. Seasonal items or make-up cannot be traded or returned.
